These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at romeosdetailing.com and the detailing services provided by Romeo's Detailing ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide fully mobile car, boat and RV detailing across the Greater Toronto Area. We travel to your home, workplace or another agreed location. We do not operate a drop-off facility; all work is performed on-site where your vehicle is located.

2. Booking and scheduling

Bookings can be made online or by phone. A booking is a request for service at a requested date and time; we confirm the appointment separately. We may contact you to confirm details, adjust timing for weather or scheduling, or clarify the condition of the vehicle. Estimated arrival times are approximate and may be affected by traffic, weather, or a prior job running long.

3. Mobile service requirements

Our vans carry their own water and power. To perform the service we need a safe, legal parking space next to your vehicle with reasonable room to work. For condominium or underground parking, you are responsible for obtaining any building or management approval in advance. If we cannot safely access or work on the vehicle on arrival, a call-out fee may apply.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices depend on the vehicle size, its condition, and the package or services selected, and are confirmed before work begins. Quotes are estimates; final pricing may change if the vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described at booking. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods indicated at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may reschedule appointments affected by severe weather or circumstances beyond our control. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

6. Vehicle condition and your responsibilities

Please remove personal belongings and valuables before your appointment; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. You are responsible for disclosing pre-existing damage, aftermarket finishes, wraps, or delicate surfaces. Detailing can reveal (but does not cause) pre-existing defects such as swirls, scratches, oxidation, or failing clear coat.

7. Satisfaction and limitation of liability

We take great care with every vehicle and aim for results you're happy with. If you have a concern, contact us promptly so we can make it right. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Right to refuse or stop service

We may decline or stop a service if conditions are unsafe, if the vehicle's condition poses a risk to our equipment or staff, or if requested work is outside what we can responsibly perform on that vehicle.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date.
